Luc is "Special needs" & will require a heart who can love him anyway. As we know these are hard to find, but they are out there. Luc is a Diabetic & requires insulin each month and does have trouble seeing, BUT gets around just fine & has learned to live with his handicap. Though Luc may not be "perfect" Luc is a special boy!
